Purpose of Our Program

We have established an effective and comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Program. This is an integral part of our efforts towards ensuring that we have a strong and compliant digital asset platform. We aim to be the most reliable institution with regard to our business partners (clients, regulatory authorities, and the digital asset community) in terms of fairness and transparency.

Our Functions and Responsibilities

As a Hybrid Exchange, GRVT Platform provides a diverse array of trading options for both buyers and sellers. Our primary role is to facilitate seamless transactions, efficiently connecting users with one another. Per our terms, accessing the GRVT Platform is designed to be straightforward and user-friendly, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free trading experience for all our users.

AML/ATF Program

Our AML/ATF Program is more than just a set of procedures; it's a reflection of our commitment to integrity and responsibility in the digital asset industry. With a dedicated team of AML and risk specialists, we emphasize continuous training, oversight, and a culture of compliance.

At GRVT, we prioritize your security above all else. Our commitment goes beyond offering just a trading platform; we strive to create a secure and trustworthy environment where you can engage in digital asset activities with confidence. To ensure this, we implement a sophisticated, risk-based strategy with multiple layers of control. This comprehensive approach is at the core of our dedication to your safety and peace of mind in the digital asset space.

The first layer of our program is dedicated to a customer identification process that not only verifies individual customers but also meticulously determines the ownership of corporate clients in accordance with international standards set by organizations like the Financial Action Task Force (FATF).

Moving on to the second layer, we intensify our diligence by implementing a risk-based approach. This entails a comprehensive assessment of both our customers and their beneficial owners, cross-referencing them against various sanction lists from reputable authorities such as OFAC. Additionally, we conduct discretionary screenings to further fortify the security of our platform and protect our clients.

The third layer is focused on continuous monitoring to detect any signs of suspicious activity. In the event of identifying or suspecting any such activity, we take immediate action to address it.
